A fast-scaling BFSI enterprise needed to unify customer journeys across Salesforce CRM and Finacle core banking system, automate onboarding, service case handling, and customer lifecycle tracking, replace siloed workflows and manual data syncs between departments, and ensure compliance with internal audit, security, and access policies. They needed a robust, secure, and bidirectional integration between Salesforce and Finacle, aligned with regulatory-grade architecture.
